How important it is to remember our childhood experiences from time to time! When we reach so-called «adulthood», it seems that worries, responsibilities and Problems flood our days without ever intending to leave. Part of the treatment for stress and bad moods is to often remember those moments when our only life uncertainty was whether our parents would buy us an ice cream that afternoon. These feelings get buried under the accumulation of all those others that usually occupy our minds. But, that's alright! Because at Muslher we're here to remind you that the best recipe for happiness always includes keep the child within us awake.

When we are children, we have an inexhaustible source of enthusiasm. It is obvious that as the years go by, our strength diminishes, but One should never lose heartA good practice for exercising that much-needed enthusiasm is to notice the good things each day. If we do that, we'll be appreciating them and making the most of them threefold. By giving them the value they deserve, we awaken our emotion, which routine tends to eclipse. Grateful people are among the happiest.

Another very effective practice is Learn to play again. Parents know what we're talking about because it's easier for them. If you don't have children around, it might seem like a rather silly suggestion… You don't have to play with dolls, but rather to do money-making activities. Generally, it's thought that we adults have a more passive relationship with nature than children. We end up sitting having a picnic while they jump, run, and climb trees... As part of one of these outings, we could skip rope, climb a tree, or swing. Ultimately, these outdoor games free us from our stifling routines and exercise forgotten areas of our brains. Awaken your enthusiasm and unleash your adventurous side!

Speaking of adventure and excitement, who hasn't at some point imagined themselves as Clint Eastwood in The Good, the Bad and the UglyAnd it's that as children, we all dream of being cowboys riding thrilling desert horses. Daydreaming it is another «childish» facet that we want to continue defending. Now we place more importance on whether those dreams are fulfilled or not (the fear of failure), but when we are children we want to live the adventure (enjoy the journey) and we learn almost without realising it from our mistakes and successes. This is precisely how we create primordial memories that stay with us for the rest of our days. They are life lessons stored in our way of being that even we don't notice (or remember clearly), but they are there.

Hug strengthens emotional bonds, helps create an atmosphere of intimacy, and is a way to ease the atmosphere in tense situations. Children are more uninhibited with physical contact. They hug, hold hands... It has been proven that to show affection to our loved ones Physical contact is a source of happiness. Unfortunately, as we get older, we put up more barriers between ourselves. That's why it's so important to keep our inner child awake!

Another important aspect is to create, to be creative. People who dedicate time to their hobbies are less stressed and happier when they're doing what they're passionate about. It's a very good way to clear your head of all those worries so that you can then focus on them much better. Children colour, build sandcastles, do crafts that they then scatter around the house… Finding the Hobbies It's easy with each of them if you know how. You just have to get on with it! Try different things. Try, try, and try. When you find what you're most passionate about... you'll realise!

It's never too late to try and take your inner child out for a walk. Those adults with the biggest smiles are those who are aware of who they once were and combine those experiences with the best of themselves. Let's not get carried away by bad moods and left feet! Of course, children also get grumpy, but they are children... Adults have the advantage of knowing what it's all about. Yes, we have responsibilities, worries... No one will take that away from us; what we have to decide is how to face them, what to do with all those emotions that sometimes overwhelm us.

Our inner child never fails.

How important it is to remember our childhood experiences from time to time!
